got this fire under control relatively quickly. and nobody was hurt. a witness told us what she saw. >> i just saw flames shooting through the roof and out the windows and the glass busting out. after i called 911 i took pictures. >> reporter: and these are the pictures from that woman's cell phone. she caught the fire at the height of its intensity. you can see some of the large plumes of flames shooting out from that upper right hand corner. now firefighters who we talked to are on the scene right now they were familiar with this building. that's because this is the second time they have been here. you see there was another fire at 1:00 p.m. yesterday. so this is the second time the same crew has been here in the last 14 hours. is it possible you didn't put out the 1:00 fire and that's what started at 3:00 a.m.? >> it's always possible. but we're pretty sure we had a lady come by saying she heard an explosion and when she looked out saw a flash and heavy fire in the two rooms that weren't on fire. >> reporter: so the captain went onto add the building wasn't completely secure and
